| We had Abigail keep the girls a few days this summer. We have know her since she was just a baby and her parents are some of our dearest friends. It warms my heart to see her with our girls. |

Siblings are precious... and can be the thing that tries my patience and every ability I have to keep my calm when they fight!
Jimmy's Hike - 2017
This year as part of our church small groups, Jimmy joined a hiking one. It was great. He loved learning this and being a part of this group. This last hike he suffered through a kidney stone right before...and yet hiked it like a champ (with lots of prayer all day from me!)

Grammy and Papa have been off and on with us all summer while they wait for their house to be build. They took the girls to the Aquarium one day.

-- Gracie decided to not try out of soccer at CCS and rather is going to do Baylor swim team!
-- Middle school is bringing a lot of excitement
-- she completed her summer reading without much direction from us.

--she wanted new tennis shoes but I would not buy them until she learned to tie... so she worked on it for about 10 minutes and had it perfect. We got new shoes that night!
