2 to Grow With : February 2016

This week Jimmy and I were recovering from being sick, a crazy work schedule, and the girls schedules too. My FaceBook post says it all from the week "When both of us end up sick I really miss home. That is when living away from both our parents does not sound like such a good idea. Tonight we are reminded we are plated here as a family regardless". Thank God we are feeling better each day!

a little anxious to see the Orthodontist for the first time. He feels like her spacing is fine, but she will loose the rest of her baby teeth in the next 6 months and we will be ready for braces. Yikes! She is growing up too quickly for my liking!

field trip -- best friends. HG, Lucy and Gracie

This was our year for Disney! We last went when Gracie was in Kindergarten and said we would go again when Maggie was the same age. My brother, Sister in Law, and Ellie went with us too. We had so much fun and made so many memories! I always joke it was not a vacation, but a great memorable trip and that still rings true. We were on go from morning to night!

We stopped in Atlanta shortly before we got to the airpot to tell the girls we were going to fly! It was a great surprise.

Ready to ride Everest! This year Gracie was my roller coaster buddy!

It was fun to see the girls so engaged in the characters. I was not sure Gracie still would be, but she loved them just as much as Maggie. Her smiles says it all.

Maggie wanting to be tall enough to ride the coasters, but was not quite for some. Next time baby I promise!

Uncle Gabe took Maggie with them with a promise to not have fun! Clearly they broke that!

Some things are a requirement when you come to Disney...face paint is one of them!

Love this goofy guy who I call brother! I really love you Gabe and are so glad for this stage in life we get to raise our families together!

Maggie did all the Star Wars activities, shows, rides with Jimmy! She really loved it. I was glad she found what she loved sine she could not ride the big stuff.
