Refreshing!

It was refreshing to be back in church.  While we have not missed much with all the travel it was nice to be home and getting back to a normal routine.    Friends that had moved away to Kansas were in town visiting so we enjoyed seeing them too as did the girls.  We don’t like that we have friends that move away, but always know they are following where God calls them!     Maggie has been asking when we can go to worship again.   Our church does a quarterly night of worship that the entire family participates in.  We all enjoy it and I am glad they enjoy going.

The girls really missed Bella (and we did too).   We enjoyed Sunday evening to just play!   

The week was our normal routine of work, school, swim and snuggles!  We met up with the May’s at Chick Fil A on Wednesday night to visit and play! We need to do that more frequently.   Friday night we mixed it up with a work Christmas party and a sitter!  The girls never complain when Ms. Tiffany (Tif Tif as Maggie calls her) gets to come over!

Gracie had a school project for their health fitness until to plan and prepare a health dinner.  Of course she choose salad!  She did a great job with very little assistance from any of us.

The week was hard on Maggie. She was up several times and at one point ended up in our bed!  She seems to have slept good after that point! 

Gracie has enjoyed swimming even though there are nights she would rather not go.  She has really perfected her strokes!  

Maggie had a birthday party Friday after school so Gracie and Mommy snagged a quick hot chocolate date together!  I enjoy every minute I get with this girl!   Jimmy's comment was "I see a young Rachael"!

We enjoyed gymnastics, Gracie did a little Christmas shopping for Maggie and two birthday parties!  It was a full day with my family!  

Swim birthday party for Olivia.   We have enjoyed our old friends and the new friends we have made during PreK this year.  This is Maggie and Lana Kate!
