We we have wrapped up the last quarter of the school year, worked to finalize the pool construction, build in sweet family moments and fun over Christmas break and build rest in for the holiday its now time to catch up a little for the blog.
December brought us colds, stomach bugs, cluster headaches (3 year cycle for Jimmy so we knew it was coming but is never fun and makes us thankful for the Oxygen treatment that makes these manageable), braces for Gracie, glasses for Maggie (we are praying this will help her in school and eliminate her daily headaches).
| Gracie had a second breathing treatment in 3 months. We are going to keep an eye it and expect that if we have a 3rd we will be looking at an asthma assessment. We re praying that is not the case! |

| yes the past few days wore Mommy out too! |
December fostered sweet moments with friends, dates with each of our girls, choir performances, watching Logan in the Nutcracker, game nights, Bella loves, snuggles and more.
| Sorry is our current favorite family game |
| Gracie and Lucy before their choir performance |
| Maggie and LK being supportive siblings to watch |
| Bella loves game night too! |
| While Gracie had a Daddy date to watch the new Star Wars I took Maggie to Build a Bear and then the jump park for some time. She loved it! They both needed some one on one time. |
| While Gracie and I finished shopping Maggie and Jimmy met up with Uncle Gabe and Ellie for bowling! |
| These 6 girls were all babies and toddlers when we met their parents and now are all dear friends of ours. We enjoyed the night to catch up over dinner and to watch Logan! |
| Pottery painting with Addison. (I have to limit my need to control and just let them paint....) |
| I took about 15 to get this one good pic! |
| Happy Sweet 16 Abigail. Abigail was just 1 when we met her parents who have turned into such precious and priceless friends. Abigail also keeps the girls for us. We can't think of a better role model for the girls of a Christlike young woman! We love you Abigail! |
| Snuggles. The girls wanted to make knot blankets over break so they picked their fabric and I made them. They are so snuggly. They have had them with them every moment we are home and taken them to sleepovers too! |
| My view when Gracie was at a sleepover. This girl loves her Daddy! |
And of course time together provides many moments for forgiveness and a reminder of the season when Jesus was born to begin the process for our salvation. Not only do we as adults needs this reminder but also as children. I am proud of how our girls are learning to work through conflict and forgiveness. They model it better than i do at times and I appreciate their quick approach to restore peace and love to each other.

| After Maggie went into Gracie's room without permission, Maggie wrote a sweet note to Gracie seeking her forgiveness (that was required by Mommy). Gracie's response was just as sweet and heart warming. |
