Blog catch up time! We am making the adjustment to more activities with the girls as they started Baylor Swim Team, school homework has increased, youth group activities, soccer, and different planned activities. And in all that I am finding the balance between it all to relish in every moment and document when possible. They will be off to college before we know it and I don't ever want to look back and have missed something!
We have soaked up the final days of summer as Fall was fast approaching. We are working to decide what we want to plant for the area around the pool so we made a family trip to the garden center.

Labor Day we went tubing down the river. It was a much improved tubing trip over the one a few years ago (different location) where we almost died in white water rapids with no helmets and the girls in their own tube as one was deflating.
This trip was wonderful. We went with the Potts and Mulvaney crew. We continue to find moments to do life with these families and each time we are together we are reminded how blessed we are to have friends that are genuine, transparent and fun!
