Christmas Eve we do as a tradition our favorite appetizers. The girls look forward to this and can always tell what they expect!! They also get their first Christmas gift of PJs! After we open PJs we drive around to look at Christmas lights before we head home to bed.

We had a wonderful and low key Christmas this year. It was nice to have a day to just rest and be together. We were up before 7am to get ready and put breakfast in the oven then started with stockings. This year Grammy and Papa were with us for Christmas morning which was a treat. They started to rotate a few years back between Tammy and our home on Christmas morning.

| they do love each other. They picked out the perfect gifts to give. Maggie gave Gracie the SNS nail kit and Gracie gave Maggie lots of bath bombs and stuff! |

| What a funny morning. This is such a big joke and a long story. We have pots and pans that were given to us when we got married from Jimmy's Auntie Carolyn and she had them for awhile. They are not fancy and I don't see any need to replace them. But every year we joke about me getting new pots and pans for Christmas. When this big box came down wrapped I even made a comment about it not being pots and pans! ha. So as a joke Jimmy got them and wrote this poem to then give me new pearls. He gave me beautiful traditional pearls as a wedding gift. |
After Christmas Breakfast we got all the decorations down and headed out to see a movie!
The girls then decided to play with one of their joint gifts, Nerf Guns!!!
